Your beliefs affect every aspect of your life: your relationships, your sexuality, your work. They affect the choices you make, what you desire, and your behavior. If you want to live a soul-led life, you have to become conscious of and align your beliefs to your soul’s truth.

Embodiment is bringing the consciousness of your divinity INTO your beliefs, INTO your choices, INTO your actions, INTO how you show up in the world.
The mistake many spiritual people make is simply trying to “empty the mind” through meditation without doing the belief work that actually shifts your EXPERIENCE of reality.
