In online Portal Yoga classes, we begin by grounding into the body so you move from your core – not from your mind.

You will be transported into the inner cave of your body using slow, intentional movement and concentrated breath. When you open the channels of your body, you can more easily hear the inner voice of your soul.

As you direct your awareness within, space opens up.
Stagnant energy begins to move. Stored emotions rise to the surface. Your ecstatic life force energy begins to activate.

Move slowly and intentionally as you link your breath with your movement

Create spinal alignment as you stretch and strengten to create harmony within the body

Recalibrate and regenerate your nervous system so your heart opens and expands

Enjoy Weekly Online Yoga Classes:

Your membership entitles you to one live Portal Yoga class each week (at 10:30 a.m. ET / 7:30 a.m. PT), plus access to the prior week’s recording. That means each week you always have two classes each week to practice as many times as you’d like! Each week’s class is different to ensure you work all parts of your body.

Your membership begins with the first class you attend live or the first video you receive if you are only watching the recordings. When you register, you will be sent a Zoom link and details for weekly online yoga classes.

I have been to many yoga classes throughout my life, but Jessica is absolutely the best I have ever been to. It was simply incredible. Every single muscle in my body was stretched to delight. I felt light and free after each session. She awakened my body in poses I had never done before while always being gentle. Jessica was wonderful, almost angelic, and she really is a guru!

Weekly online yoga classes are held live every Thursday at 10:30 a.m. ET / 7:30 a.m. PT.

 

You can join us live or watch the recording at your own convenience. Each class is 75 minutes.

You will have access to 2 recordings each week you can watch as many times as you’d like from the comfort of your own home any time you want.

That means endless yoga possibilities! 🙂

About Jessica Falcon:

 

Jessica started to practice yoga in 2009, though it wasn’t until 2019 that she began to teach yoga.  She took her teacher training with the Subtle Yoga program, which is a trauma-informed practice that fuses modern neuroscience with ancient yoga.  Therefore, it is ideal for recalibrating and calming your nervous system.

Jessica’s online yoga classes combine slow, intentional movement with breath to guide you deep into your body.  Her work as an International Soul Embodiment Guide means that you receive more than a simple yoga practice.  It is a gateway – a portal – into the depths of your body’s wisdom so you can reclaim your power and sovereignty. 

Jessica leads retreats, workshops, and online portals of transformation so you embody your power, reclaim your sovereignty, and revolutionize your relationships.  She also hosts the Soul Sovereignty Podcast.

Jessica’s training includes everything from somatic and emotional intelligence to nervous system resilience, empathy, authentic communication, trauma-informed yoga, Egyptian tantra, shamanism, and mystery school teachings – not to mention whole-body healing, herbalism, and deep initiations and teachings from the goddess herself.
