Jessica began to document these deeply embedded subconscious beliefs that affect relationships and sexuality in 2014. In 2016, she began to research religious history, ancient civilizations, and mythology to get to the root of the beliefs that lead to patterns of self denial or self-sacrifice, silencing oneself, overgiving, a lack of boundaries or an ability to say no, as well as shame, feelings of powerlessness, blame, and guilt when you don’t give others what they want. Jessica has identified why so many people are stuck in codependent dynamics, as well as toxic or abusive relationships.

Jessica has visited numerous archaeological sites around the world, including Greece, France, Italy, Malta, and England, in addition to Sumerian artifacts in the University of Pennsylvania Museum, to see firsthand how ancient civilizations lived, what they believed, and the shift that took place that broke the union between man and woman.

In 2021, Jessica began to work privately with clients from around the world (including Norway, Saudi Arabia, the United States, Spain, the United Kingdom, Lithuania, and France). It was remarkable to note that each of them carried the same underlying subconscious beliefs in their relationships. It did not matter where they grew up, how they were raised, or if they ascribed to a particular religion. The only difference is that the beliefs were more conscious in women from countries such as Saudi Arabia.

In addition to her extensive research, Jessica has a direct relationship with the goddess and receives channeled information. The teachings she conveys are the result of embodied wisdom that allows for a direct transmission and activation of all those who enter her portals of transportation.

Currently, Jessica is working on her forthcoming book, which will detail the fall in consciousness that led to the current state of relationships so you can reclaim your sovereignty and experience freedom in love.

Her training includes everything from somatic and emotional intelligence to nervous system resilience, empathy, authentic communication, trauma-informed yoga, Egyptian tantra, shamanism, and mystery school teachings – not to mention whole-body healing, herbalism, and deep initiations and teachings from the goddess herself.

Jessica speaks on topics related to women’s empowerment, relationships, soul healing, sovereignty, sexuality, the divine feminine, and embodied spirituality.
