Choose between a Monthly Membership ($37 regardless of whether there are 4 or 5 weeks in a month) or take your first class for free.
Once you register, you will be sent a Zoom link within 12 hours for the following Thursday morning’s online class along with general guidelines to get you settled and ready to drop in. Recordings are generally sent within 2 hours of each live class.

Monthly Yoga Membership
This entitles you to watch 1 yoga class per week live, as well as access to a second video recording each week. You can also watch 1 or both recordings each week if you’re not able to join live. Each class is approximately 75 minutes.
