Anchor into Self Journal Prompts

I’ve put together three journal prompts to take you even deeper on this journey into Self.  Let the responses rise from within you.  It’s time to start trusting your body’s infinite wisdom.  It is in and through your body you connect to the voice of your soul.  It is also where you access the subconscious mind so that you can bring forth all that keeps you from fully shining the light you are.

I recommend setting aside 20 minutes to journal your responses. If you prefer, you can voice record them. Get cozy. You might want to make a cup of tea or hot chocolate or light a special candle.
