As you deepen into your capacity to love, you deepen into your power.
It requires surrender.
Letting go of effort, of trying, of thinking your way through it.
Because your mind will never “figure out love.”
Love arrives when we loosen the grip of the mind and drop down into the heart.
Into the body’s knowing.
Into the feeling state.
Into the infinite well of compassion, tenderness, and openness that love brings.
Love is something we experience.
We access it inside of ourselves.
There’s nowhere to go, nothing to find. Except to surrender. To deepen. To allow it to seep into every vein, every bone, every cell.
This kind of love – when accessed regularly – begins to inform you. It is there when you desire to judge yourself harshly or deem yourself unworthy (both of which are mental habits rooted in belief systems). It is the force that stops the limiting patterns so you return to your power.
The power to see beyond what you have known before.
The power to choose differently.
The power to liberate yourself fully.
